She received training in plants certified with the TPM Award in its different categories. She has been production manager and factory manager. She has been working for more than 20 years accompanying the development of TPM culture.

Industrial Engineer. He was a member of the JIPM -Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance- and representative of the JIPM for the dissemination of TPM in Spanish-speaking countries.
